Jackery vs EcoFlow vs Bluetti: UK Power Station Spec Comparison
Jackery, EcoFlow and Bluetti dominate UK searches for portable power stations. Their ranges overlap heavily, so the marketing can sound identical. However, the published specs differ, and we compare what each brand lists on its own UK store, not our own tests, as our page on how we choose explains.
Because specs change with every new model, we compare named models as examples. For sizing advice, read our power station buyer's guide and how to choose a power station size. The solar generators and power stations hub lists everything in one place.
Panels and small chargers are separate choices. Our solar power bank guide and the portable solar chargers hub cover phone-scale charging. To measure what your home draws, see the home energy monitor guide and home energy monitors. For lights without mains, try the solar garden lights guide in solar garden lighting, or see how to fix solar garden lights that have stopped working.
The verdict
On published specifications the three brands are closer than their marketing suggests. All three list LiFePO4 cells, fast charging in about 45 to 60 minutes, and three to five years of warranty cover. However, the exact model matters more than the brand, so compare capacity, output, expansion path and warranty terms. We have not tested any of them.
The three contenders
Jackery (Explorer 1000 v2, 1000 Plus, 300 Plus)
Jackery lists the Explorer 1000 v2 at 1,070Wh, 1,500W and 4,000 cycles, while the Explorer 1000 Plus lists 1,260Wh, expansion up to 5kWh and a five-year warranty.
- 1000 v2 lists 4,000 cycles on LiFePO4 cells
- 1000 Plus expands up to 5kWh
- 1000 Plus and 300 Plus list a five-year warranty
- The listings we read do not state the cycle end point
- Warranty terms vary by model and by store
EcoFlow (DELTA 3 Classic, DELTA 3 Max, DELTA Pro 3)
EcoFlow lists the DELTA 3 Classic at 1,024Wh with 0 to 80% in 45 minutes, while the DELTA 3 Max expands from 2 to 10kWh and the DELTA Pro 3 from 4 to 12kWh.
- DELTA 3 Classic lists a 45 minute charge to 80%
- Expansion up to 12kWh on the DELTA Pro 3
- Three-year standard warranty plus two years on app registration
- The extended warranty needs app registration
- Older names such as the RIVER 2 may be refurbished stock
Bluetti (AC200L)
Bluetti lists the AC200L at 2,048Wh and 2,400W, while it states 3,000+ cycles to 80% of original capacity. It also lists expansion up to 6,348Wh.
- States the cycle end point (80%)
- Lists a five-year warranty for the AC200L
- Lists 0 to 80% in 45 minutes with 2,400W AC input
- Bluetti lists the AC200L at 28.3kg
- Warranty runs from 2 to 6 years across the range
Charge speed
All three brands publish fast-charge claims. EcoFlow lists 0 to 80% in 45 minutes for the DELTA 3 Classic. Bluetti lists the same 45 minutes for the AC200L with 2,400W AC input, while Jackery lists a full charge in as little as one hour for the Explorer 1000 v2.
These are manufacturer figures under their own test conditions, so treat them as best cases, because real results vary. For solar charging the gap shrinks, since sunlight is the limit. Our power station guide shows the PVGIS figures for a UK day.
Battery chemistry and lifespan
Jackery lists 4,000 cycles for the Explorer 1000 v2 and up to 4,000 for the 1000 Plus, while Bluetti lists 3,000+ cycles to 80% for the AC200L. EcoFlow's DELTA 3 Classic page lists LFP cells and ten years of use, not a cycle count.
However, these numbers do not compare directly. Bluetti states its 80% end point, while the Jackery listings we read do not. Always check the chemistry and the stated end point on the exact model, especially on discounted stock.
Expansion
Because your needs may grow, expansion matters. EcoFlow lists the DELTA 3 Max at 2 to 10kWh and the DELTA Pro 3 at 4 to 12kWh. Jackery lists the Explorer 1000 Plus up to 5kWh, and Bluetti lists the AC200L up to 6,348Wh with two B210 batteries.
Jackery's UK page marks the Explorer 2000 Plus as discontinued and says a new version is expected late 2026. Therefore, check current stock before you plan an expansion path around one model.
Warranty and price
EcoFlow lists a three-year standard warranty on the DELTA 3 Classic, plus two years when you register in its app. Jackery lists five years on the Explorer 1000 Plus and 300 Plus. Bluetti lists five years on the AC200L, although other Bluetti models range from two to six years.
Prices move often. Several UK store pages we read showed large reductions from a crossed-out list price. Therefore we do not quote prices, and you should compare the current price and the exact warranty terms before you buy.
Who it's for
- Buyers who want a clear cycle figure with a stated end point (Bluetti AC200L)
- Buyers planning to grow a system over time (EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max or DELTA Pro 3)
- Buyers who want a 1kWh unit with a five-year warranty listed (Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus)
- Anyone chasing a discount: check the exact model's chemistry and warranty first
